6.1 - Destination Delivery:
The destinations of shipments are:
The following areas are not served:
- Büsingen and Heligoland (Germany)
- Faroe Islands, Greenland (Denmark),
- The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (Spain)
- Aland Islands (Finland)
- Mount Athos (Greece)
- Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino and the Vatican (Italy)
- Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man (Great Britain).
If the country or region is not available, it is stated in the category or product page.
6.2 - Methods of delivery:
Packages of food (kibble ...) are delivered separately by courier.
Delivery times can vary depending on destination.

In all cases and in accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Code of consumption, we indicate for each article, the time of shipment. For the entire order, take the longest time.
6.3 - Delivery date:
In your cart: the color chip you advertise the availability of the product:
 Product available: shipping 24 to 72 hours
 Product on order: shipping 10 to 20 days max

If you have products to order, it must take into account this time because the delivery is done at once.
ForFrance, it takes a maximum of 6 working days for other destinations and more than 12 days from payment confirmation if all items are in stock at time of order, and 30 working days from confirmation Payment for orders with items not available at time of order. We do not ship orders several times (unless the deadline for items out of stock exceeds the time indicated).
However, in case of events such as strikes or disturbances, in particular postal services, transport services, in case of flooding or other, our liability will in no case be liable for any delays.

6.5 - Receipt of the parcel by the buyer:
Upon receiving the package delivered
If too damaged packages, the buyer must refuse the package.
In case of missing items or incorrect references, Buyer must make reservations:
- either on the delivery slip package
- or within forty eight (48) hours after receipt of the package by e-mail via the contact tab of the Site or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

In the absence of reservation in the forms mentioned above, the order is considered accepted and the items delivered.
In the absence of withdrawal of a parcel by the buyer within the time specified by the carrier, the buyer will bear the costs of a new shipment of the package.
